Move to recommend to City Council that the Council approve the Commission's 2015 work program as outlined in attachment.

Issue:
Each year the Commission presents a proposed annual work program to the City Council and its General Government subcommittee. That work program runs from April 1 to March 31 and includes both mandatory and optional work items. Consistent with the Council's schedule for reviewing proposed advisory committee work programs, the Commission is expected to agree on a proposed work plan at its February 2, 2015, meeting.

Background and Analysis:
On January 26, 2015, the Commission discussed the proposed work program in depth. (A comprehensive staff report and draft work program are attached to that agenda.) A revised draft work program as directed by the Commission is attached, including highlighting of the 'wireless communication facilities' item for which the Commission requested more information. That information will be providing by staff at the February 2 meeting. Commission members may also propose additional items.
