Project Information:

This project proposes to remove the single family home and construct a new road connection from 17th Way to the west, extending it to the east where it meets Elizabeth St. Water and Sewer will be extended through the site and stormwater will be handled onsite by an infiltration gallery underneath the porous pavement. Road extension runoff will be directed to bioretention areas within the proposed ROW.

71 units are proposed with a mix of 23-2 bedroom townhouse style apartments, 22-1 bed apartments and 26- 1 bed studio apartments, all will be 3 stories. Parking will have 68 surface level stalls and 30 tandem parking stall in the townhouse apartments. Short term bike storage will be provided on the ends of the buildings and long term provided internally.
