Background and Analysis:
The Downtown Project is a multi-pronged approach to achieving City Council's goal of creating a safe and welcoming downtown for all. Staff will brief the Land Use and Environment Committee on the latest progress of several projects including Alcohol Impact Area, Artesian Commons, alleyway lighting, Downtown Ambassadors, and other projects.
 
Staff will provide a project update at the meeting.
