Background and Analysis:
When reviewing applications and making funding awards, the board should consider the priorities set in the Home Fund RCW as well as determined by the City Council:
• Council asks that Permanent Supportive Housing be prioritized for at least the first 5 years of the Home Fund
• Projects that are looking for gap assistance and have been in the pipeline should be reviewed as an urgent need request
• Applications that are committed to housing previously homeless individuals should be prioritized

Options:
• Award full funding amount to both or one of the applications
• Award partial funding amount to both or one of the applications
• Do not award full funding amount
