Background and Analysis:
At the December 11 meeting, the Arts Commission approved the jury recommendation of Fern Tallos as the spring 2026 Arts Walk cover artist and Devin River for the fall 2026 Arts Walk cover artist.
Ms. Strauss-Tomy is returning with concept designs from each artist for Commissioner review and feedback.

Reviewing Arts Walk cover concepts for 2026 will not positively or negatively affect climate and the environment.
Equity Analysis:
Reviewing Arts Walk cover concepts for 2026 will not positively or negatively burden a group that has been historically deprioritized or forgotten.
