Background and Analysis:
During the Parking Business Improvement Area (PBIA) Advisory Board on May 6, 2026, the Board voted to remove a Board member due to consistent missed meetings in accordance with the Bylaws. Per the Bylaws Section 10.01.03, the Advisory Board may appoint another person to fill the vacant seat by majority vote. The PBIA Advisory Board may vote to appoint a new member at the next meeting.
