Issue:
The Planning Commission’s Finance Sub-Committee has been reviewing the proposed update of the City’s Capital Facilities Plan and is drafting a letter of recommendation to the Council for approval by the Commission. The Sub-Committee Chair will brief the Commission on the status of the Sub-Committee’s work and present the attached preliminary draft of the letter for discussion.
