Background:
Based on Civil Service Rule V, Registers, Initial Eligibility Lists, initial eligibility lists were established with candidates who applied to the lateral job posting within Workday. Five (5) candidates applied to the lateral job posting, three (3) candidates are still being reviewed for qualifications, two (2) candidates met qualifications and two (2) candidates were invited to an oral interview. Two (2) candidates participated. Two (2) candidates passed the oral interview.
Two (2) candidates were male, and two (2) candidates were White/Caucasian. The interview panel consisted of OPD Sergeant Aaron Ficek, OPD Officer Michael Sirenko, and Community Member, Ron Parker.
Findings:
Two candidates passed the phase 1 suitability assessment and the oral interview and have been placed on the register in accordance with scores of 77.96 - 86.59.
