Background and Analysis:
There are limits on the amount of property tax each entity can levied. There are two cumulative limits, one limit referred to as the $5.90 limit is for a specific group of taxing entities the other is the $10 limit.
Staff will present information on how they are applied, and the impacts on raising the limits.
