Background and Analysis:
Construction of the roundabout at the intersection of 18th Avenue and Hoffman Road made the existing driveway to 3330 18th Avenue hazardous. During design, the project team worked with the property owners to provide safe access to their home.

Execution of this Ingress/Egress Easement and Maintenance Agreement is the final step in meeting our commitments to the property owners. It will give them safe access across a portion of City-owned property. The property owners have signed this agreement.

Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
Safe access to the resident's home as described above.

Options:
1.      Authorize the City Manager to sign the Right-of -Way documents.
2.      Direct staff to amend the documents.

Financial Impact:
None
