Confirm Final Urban Neighborhoods Recommendation

Issue:
On December 16, 2013, the Planning Commission completed their final recommendation on the Comprehensive Plan Update, related to 'Urban Neighborhoods/Corridors.' This is an opportunity for the Commission to review the document that will be forwarded to City Council and public.

Background and Analysis/Options:
The Commission minutes from December 16 are not yet completed. However, staff would like the Commission to have an opportunity to review the document including their recommendations, which will be forwarded to the City Council and public later this week. This is an opportunity to ensure the Commission's recommendations are accurately captured.
The Commission is asked to review the cells highlighted in light green, which includes a summary of their recommendation, and the goals and policies which were either confirmed or revised during 'Urban Neighborhoods' review. Prior to forwarding, support staff will clean up the format, check for spelling and correct the cell numbering, so the Commission does not need to be concerned with that.
This is not an opportunity to reopen deliberation.
