Background and Analysis:
The proposed resolution updates petty cash and change fund amounts to reflect current operational requirements and the discontinuation of certain services.

Olympia Municipal Court
The Olympia Municipal Court ceased operations effective February 5, 2026. As a result, the $250 change fund is no longer needed.

Probation Services
Olympia probation services ceased operations effective February 5, 2026. The $50 change fund is no longer necessary.

Yard Waste/Organics Drop-Off
Olympia Waste Resources discontinued yard waste and organics drop-off services effective January 1, 2026. The associated $100 change fund is no longer required.

These adjustments align cash fund levels with current service delivery and operational practices.

Climate Analysis:
This agenda item is expected to result in no impact to greenhouse gas emissions.
