Move to approve appointment of Roussa Cassel, Marnie McGrath and Chandra Bezjak to the Design Review Board to fill vacancies, with terms ending March 31, 2023.

Background and Analysis:
The General Government Committee interviewed Roussa Cassel, Marnie McGrath and Chandra Bezjak at its February 18, 2020, special meeting and recommends their appointments to fill vacancies on the Design Review Board with terms ending March 31, 2023. The Chair of the Design Review Board, Jami Heinricher, joined the General Government Committee for the interview.
