Council agreed to schedule a mid-year retreat on Saturday, September 15 and hire Kendra Dahlen of FLT Consulting as facilitator. Ms. Dahlen has prepared a draft agenda (attached) for your review. After your concurrence tonight, staff will post the agenda on the city's website tomorrow.
