Review and adopt the UAC's proposed workplan for 2013-2014 and Officer Elections

Background and Analysis: Every year the UAC receives ideas for work plan items from staff and committee members. A draft work plan for the year is developed, approved by the UAC in collaboration with Department staff, and then forwarded to the Council General Government Committee for their review and approval.
Neighborhood/Community Interests: Most of the items included in the draft work plan for 2013/2014 would be of interest to neighborhoods and community members - they relate to City utility services.
Options: N/A
Financial Impact: Staff time for the proposed work plan would not require additional funding.
