Issue:

At our July meeting, we started the process of developing comments to the CFP. This will be our chance to finalize a letter of recommendations to Council.  Members are encouraged to read the transportation chapter and bring their comments to the meeting. I've also attached last year's letter the BPAC drafted to Council for your reference. At the meeting members can discuss their recommendations to Council and how they'd like to form their comments. Comments are due by October 9, 2012.
