Background and Analysis:
In fall 2024, the Teamsters Union Local 252 provided notice to the City of Olympia that it desired to bargain a successor collective bargaining agreement. The existing agreement had an expiration date of December 31, 2024. The collective bargaining agreement covers approximately 29 employees and four vacancies.

* Employer paid pension contributions for employees.
* Creation of a Voluntary Employees' Beneficiary Association (VEBA) Health Reimbursement Account.
* Adjustments to shift differential and uniform allowances.
