Coalition of Neighborhood Associations Annual Report and Work Plan

Issue:
The Annual Report and Action Plan (attached) stems from the Memorandum of Understanding between the Olympia City Council and the CNA (attached). The CNA would like feedback from this committee on the report and work items for 2013.

Receive and discuss the Annual Report and 2013 Action Plan for the Coalition of Neighborhood Associations (CNA)

Background and Analysis:
The CNA completed an Annual Report which highlights their accomplishments from last year. They also provided details of their proposed work for 2013, including developer and budget forums, neighborhood/sub-area plans and a Comprehensive Plan Implementation Strategy/Action Plan.
Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
The CNA membership represents many of the recognized neighborhood associations, and is open to all.
Options:
1. Accept the Annual Report and 2013 Action Plan as presented.
2. Suggest changes to the 2013 Action Plan.
No formal Council action is required.
Financial Impact:
Council allotted $5000 for the CNA's work.
