Background and Analysis:
As part ofthe shoreline master program update process and deliberation, City Council scheduled a public hearing to hear comments on the July 9, 2013 draft Shoreline Master Program. Council has established that written comments will be received on this draft until July 23, 2013 at 5:00 PM. A schedule of next steps is included as Attachment 2.
Staff conducted two public information sessions on the draft on June 19, 2013 and June 20, 2013 and responded to over 100 questions pertaining to the draft. The presentations are available for viewing on the City's website. Response to questions is Attachment 3 with this report.
