Background and Analysis:
The City will host a retreat for the PBIA Board in March. At the January 3 PBIA meeting, the Board held a discussion to frame the agenda for that retreat, which resulted in a draft facilitation plan. Tonight’s discussion will be an opportunity to review the draft facilitation plan and share additional feedback to support finalizing the agenda.
