Background and Analysis:
At the March 26, 2013 City Council Meeting City Council directed staff to prepared a schedule for continued deliberations on the Shoreline Master Program. Council asked that at least three weeks be provided for additional written comment and that an additional public hearing be added to the schedule.

Interest in the Shoreline Master Program is broad.
Options:
1. Approve as presented the proposed schedule for continued consideration of the Shoreline Master Proram.
2. Approve as amended the proposed schedule for continued consideration of the Shoreline Master Proram.
3. Do not approve the proposed schedule for continued consideration of the Shoreline Master Program.
