Chair Roe asked for an update on the microphone project for Council Chambers and Room 207, and possibility of providing video coverage of advisory committee meetings and Council study sessions.

Background and Analysis:
The microphone/audio systems in the Council Chambers and Room 207 will be upgraded in the next month with a "conference style" system that will provide each meeting participant with an individual microphone. The new system will make it easier to record general discussion and each person's comments.
In addition, the City's contract with TCTV includes time for meeting coverage, as requested by the city.
