Legislative Background:
Land use approval for the Olympia Vista Apartments was issued on August 22, 2013.  An application for preliminary short plat was received on February 4, 2014.  
 
Site and Project Description:
The site is located at the southeast corner of Forestbrooke Way SW and Yauger Way SW.  The applicant is proposing to subdivide a 22-acre parcel into two lots; one for the Olympia Vista development, and the other for future development (undetermined at this time).

That the Hearing Examiner approve the deferral request subject to conditions noted in Attachment 1.
