Background and Analysis:
This presentation is part of a series requested by Planning Commission members to help them better understand the context of Olympia's planning issues. It is intended to provide Commissioners and interested members of the public with an overview of the various components of development regulations and the organization of those components in the documents, in other words, 'what is where.'  Thus the focus will be on how to find various standards and regulations, rather than on the substance or merits of particular provisions. This presentation may be useful to individuals who want to become familiar with all or specific Olympia development regulations, or just want to be able to readily 'look it up' when issues arise.

Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
This presentation may be of interest to the general public; especially residents and business owners engaged in the development review process.
