Background and Analysis:
Each year, the Planning Commission, led by the OPC Finance Subcommittee, reviews and makes a recommendation to the City Council regarding the City's 6-year Capital Facilities Plan (CFP.) This year, the Subcommittee and Commission will also review and make recommendations on the 20-year CFP goals and policies; in so far as to recommend any changes that should be explored in 2015.
Commissioner Horn will outline how the Subcommittee is typically structured, and request confirmation regarding who the Subcommittee members will be this year.
