Issue:
There are four new committee members. This briefing will inform them of key ideas that will be helpful for them to know as they begin their work on the BPAC.

Background and Analysis:
The BPAC is asked to provide feedback on many topics. This orientation will give the new members an overview of some of the topics found on the BPAC's 2014 Work Plan and what they can expect.

Options:
1. Committee members may wish to attend this session, which will begin at 5:30 p.m., 45 minutes prior to the usual meeting start time, or
2. Existing committee members may choose to come at the usual start time of 6:15 p.m
