Background and Analysis:
On January 20, Council reviewed proposed Capital Budget requests and directed staff to modify the initial Isthmus Properties - Soils Clean-Up request so that is was a $5-$7 million non-site specific request related to Isthmus properties.
The proposed projects are:
- Percival Landing Repairs and Roadway Stabilization - $2.7 Million (Attached)
- (to be revised) Isthmus Properties - $5-$7 Million
- Olympia Avenue/Marine Drive Trail and Bank Stabilization - $520,000 (Attached)
Staff will distribute a revised request packet for the Isthmus Properties at Tuesday's meeting.
