Background and Analysis:
The Farmers Market and City of Olympia have had a Maintenance and Operations agreement for the current market since 1996.  The current agreement is set to expire on March 2, 2015.  To allow the new Market Board to review and negotiate any terms in the current agreement, the staff from the City and Market propose to extend the current agreement until June 2, 2015.
