Background and Analysis:
Every year PRAC develops a work plan which is the guiding document that determines the business items for PRAC during each monthly meeting. Ideas/topics are solicited from PRAC members and City staff. The work plan is approved by PRAC in collaboration with Department staff, and then forwarded to the Council General Government Committee for their review and formal adoption by the City Council.
