Project Information:

Property is currently being rezoned to commercial, and the two lots will be consolidated.  Proposal is for two ADUs of not more than 400 square feet each to be built on the lot to the south which is currently vacant.  Bathrooms will be included, but not kitchens and act as additions to the current house, which is a proposed lodging house.  There is currently one ADA and one compact parking space behind the building.
