Overview:

This application (Attachments 1 & 2) follows a previous pre-submission meeting with the Heritage Review Committee on May 16, 2016 (Attachment 3).  Historical information on the property is provided in Attachment 4. 

Under OMC 18.12.090 (Historic Preservation: Heritage Register - Alteration and Construction), the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation will be used as a basis for this review (Attachment 5).
