Project Information:
Proposed project is a multi-use, 3-building project that will be entirely new construction. There will be 69 total apartment units, 57 in the mail building and 6 in each of the flanking buildings. First floor will be retail and above will be three floors of apartment units. Other buildings will be three story townhouse-style apartments. Between the three buildings will be a parking lot dedicated to apartment residents and retail shoppers. The parking lot will be entirely covered, with the top acting as a landscaped courtyard for the apartment residents.
