Project Information:
Presub - Phase 2 will extend the ex. storm, sewer and water to the new lots. Stormwater will be handled by the existing infiltration gallery and swales in Tract B. Tract B is already sized to handle the proposed Phase 2 runoff. 22nd Ave and 23rd Ave will be extended. Village St. and Trail View along with the alley in Tract N will be constructed to serve the new lots.
