Background and Analysis:

Staff proposes that the advisory committee meets three times per year:

•                     Wednesday, November 1, 6:00PM - Preliminary budget preview.  (The City’s preliminary budget will be released on October 24^th

•                     April, 2018 (date, time TBD) - Prepare draft annual report to OMPD Board and City Council regarding adequacy of 2017 funding levels

•                     May, 2018 (date, time TBD) - Incorporate public input and finalize report
