The owner of this designated Olympia Heritage Register property is experiencing structural and aesthetic problems with the chimney, which is located on the primary façade of the house.  He is seeking recommendations on treatments that would meet the U.S. Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation (under OMC 18.12.090).
