Background and Analysis:

Attachment 1 describes the clean & safe initiatives from the 2016-2020 PBIA strategic plan. Staff asks the committee to clarify which items are ongoing goals and which are specific tasks; if tasks, which have been completed vs. still need to be done? Also, are there any outstanding priorities for this calendar year?

Attachment 2 details the 2017 PBIA budget. The remaining budget amount for clean and safe programs is $16,852.16. The Committee will discuss whether this amount should be spent on outstanding clean and safe initiatives in 2017, be moved to support another PBIA priority (i.e., Twinklefest) or moved into the PBIA reserve account.
