Review draft UAC letter and finalize for submittal to City Council.

Issue:
The annual review of Utility budgets and rates is a key responsibility of the UAC. The UAC tentatively agreed its recommendations at their October 5, 2017 meeting. UAC members will review a copy of the draft letter at the meeting. Following final discussion, the recommendations will be forwarded to City Council in a letter signed by the UAC Chair.
