LEOFF Application Procedure Language Change

Issue:
Consider changing LEOFF Policy language so LEOFF board is not going against policy language when they want to approve requests not submitted in advance.

Background:
Make a recommendation to change LEOFF Policy language by adding the following “or in rare cases, the Board may pay for services that have not come to the Board for prior approval. The Board retains the sole right to determine whether or not to pay for services if the service has not been brought to the Board for prior approval”. This is to add the following sections:
1. Medical Services
2. Hearing Aids
3. Dental Benefits
