Recommended Action
Committee Recommendation:
On November 8, 2017 Finance Committee requested that the discussion of the 2018 Operating and Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) Budgets be continued to November 22, 2018.
City Manager Recommendation:
Deliberate on the 2018 Operating and CFP Budgets and make recommendations to the Council for consideration on November 28, 2018.

Background and Analysis:
The 2018 Preliminary Operating Budget was presented on October 30, 2017 and the 2018-2022 CFP was presented on July 18, 2017. The Finance Committee began discussion on the 2018 Budget on November 8, 2017. The Committee requested a special meeting of the Committee to continue the discussion on November 22, 2017.
