Background and Analysis:
The utility master plans are carefully conceived documents that provide direction for the utilities. The plans incorporate community goals and expectations as well as regulatory mandates.
We will present brief overviews of each of the plans’ goals and strategies and our current status with implementation. These overviews may help guide the UAC during the budget and rate discussions later in the year.
