Background and Analysis:
The UAC prepared written comments to City Council in April, 2017 regarding the use of Wastewater Utility funding for the construction of potential downtown toilets in April, 2017. Subsequently, Council included $365,000 of wastewater funding in the 2018-2023 Capital Facility Plan for a potential toilet at an undetermined location.
The UAC discussed the funding at their January meeting and contemplated further involvement in the topic. This agenda item provides meeting time for additional discussion.
