14,205 sf of tenant improvement remodel of an existing vacant 19,640 sq. ft. of a 30yr+ old mercantile building in the Cooper Point Marketplace shopping center. Upgrades include new roofing, windows and doors, HVAC, lighting, plumbing, fire suppression and fire alarm, new interior construction for medical offices. Structural reinforcement as required to comply with current wind and seismic requirements. Minimal site improvements involved creating accessible parking spaces along the front the face of the canopy and a flush curb for patient access at the new clinic vestibule
