Background and Analysis:
The four City Utilities are financially sound. Debt is manageable and overall solvency is well above industry standards. However, long-term needs will continue to challenge our goal of keeping customer utility rate increases modest.
In preparation for upcoming 2019 budget discussions, staff will provide a brief overview of Utility financial status, trends and potential needs.
