Project Information:

The project will consist of five (5) 4-unit multi-family buildings and five (5) 6-unit multi-family buildings, for a total of ten (10) buildings and forty-eight (48) units.  The project include associated parking areas, vehicle circulation areas, pedestrian pathways, open space, and landscape planting areas.  Driveway access will be provided on 4^TH Way S.W.  The site is currently vacant and has access to all requisite utilities, including water, sewer, storm, power, cable, and telephone.
