Project Information:

The project will consist of five (5) 4-unit multi-family buildings and five (5) 6-unit multi-family buildings, for a total of ten (10) buildings and forty-eight (48) units.  The project include associated parking areas, vehicle circulation areas, pedestrian pathways, open space, and landscape planting areas.  Driveway access will be provided on 4TH Way S.W.  The site is currently vacant and has access to all requisite utilities, including water, sewer, storm, power, cable, and telephone.
