Background and Analysis:
Councilmember Bateman would like to step down as Council Liaison to the LOTT Board in order to participate in the Association of Washington Cities Legislative Committee. It has been proposed that Councilmember Parshley will take on the role of Council Liaison to the LOTT Board with Councilmember Cooper to serve as alternate.
