Background and Analysis:
Staff will present a recommendation to Finance Committee to receive quarterly financial reports starting in April 2019. The intent of the report is to provide Finance Committee with periodic updates on the status of revenues and expenditures throughout the year.
Staff will discuss an example quarterly budget status report, the schedule and process for receiving them.

1. Approve staff recommendation to present quarterly budget status to Finance Committee.
2. Direct staff to modify the quarterly budget status report recommendation and return to Finance Committee for further discussion.
