Background and Analysis:
Staff will provide Commissioners an informational briefing on economic development in the city, including an overview of current demographic data, economic forecast data, and an update on significant development projects currently underway.
Neighborhood/Community Interests (if known):
Staff will touch on significant development projects that are currently underway, many of which are downtown; however, economic development activities are occurring and impacting neighborhoods and community interests citywide.
