Issue:
Water Resources staff would like to share with the UAC a new software, Cityworks, that the Drinking Water Utility has been piloting.

Background and Analysis:
The Drinking Water Utility is the first workgroup citywide to implement Cityworks, a software new to the City. The Utility is using Cityworks to manage its work and inventories. Water Resources’ plan is to have the remaining utilities start using Cityworks in 2020, including the launch of asset management and mobile applications modules. Staff will demonstrate the software and provide an overview of its capabilities.

Cityworks helps manage workflows efficiently so that staff can respond quickly and provide value to ratepayers.
