Background and Analysis:
In preparation for the adoption of the 2020 Operating and Capital Budgets, staff will share estimated revenues, expenses, and critical needs.
The 2020 Preliminary Operating Budget was presented to Council on October 29, 2019 and 2020 Preliminary Capital Budget was presented to City Council on August 13, 2019.
