Background and Analysis:
On January 11 staff presented recent data on Olympia’s Economic Ecosystem to City Council. That presentation will be shared with the Home Fund Advisory and may also mention other topics relevant to the Economic Development team at the city including a potential housing development on Boulevard Road and plans to pilot a single room occupancy effort.

The Economic Ecosystem report is not a topic of high community interest - but Boulevard Road has been of high interest to the neighbors in that area.
